1. What’s included in the DIY Balloon Garland Kit?

Each kit comes with all the materials you need to create a beautiful balloon garland for your event, including:

  • Balloons in the theme colour / customised colour of your choice.

  • Balloon tying string.

  • Balloon double-sided tape.

  • Step by step instructions for assembly via a card inside your packaging or tutorial video via our website.

  • Optional: electric pump (highly recommended), foil balloons,  or any additional decorative elements (depending on the kit).

2. What size of balloon garland can I make?

Answer: The kit allows you to create a garland of 1.5 metres, 3.5 metres and 3 m plus 1 m, depending on how tightly you pack the balloons and how full you want your garland to appear. You can also customize the length by adding or subtracting balloons from the kit to suit your needs.

3. Do I need special tools to assemble the balloon garland?

Answer: Our kit comes with everything you need for assembly, including a balloon tying string and balloon tape. We recommend using a hand pump or an electric balloon pump to inflate the balloons, but this is optional. We also recommend buying bulldog clips or other household items to hold your balloon garland to your chosen arch.

4. Can I use air or helium to inflate the balloons?

Answer: We recommend inflating the balloons with air for maximum durability and longevity. While helium can be used, it may cause the garland to float and make it harder to install. Air-filled garlands will last much longer, especially for indoor events.

5. How long will the balloon garland last?

Answer: Air-filled balloon garlands can last up to 1–2 weeks indoors, depending on environmental factors. If you’re creating a garland for an outdoor event. Our balloons are extremely high quality, therefore you can make this garland up to 1-2 days before your event.

6. How do I hang the balloon garland?

Answer: You can easily hang the garland using hooks, nails, or bulldog clips. The balloon tape and tying string in your kit is designed to make this process simple. We also provide tips and tricks for securing the garland effectively in our step by step instructions located inside your kit or via our tutorial videos.

7. Are the balloons non-toxic and safe for children?

Answer: Yes! All balloons in our DIY kits are made from high-quality, non-toxic materials. We pride ourselves in being a sustainable and eco-friendly company, which includes our balloons! However, please supervise young children around balloons to avoid the risk of choking or accidental balloon popping.​

 

8. Can I customise the colours in my DIY Balloon Garland Kit?

Answer: Yes! We offer a range of colour options for custom balloon garlands. If you want a specific color palette, simply see our custom balloon garland page, and we can help create a kit tailored to your needs.

9. Do you offer international shipping?

Answer: Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Please check our shipping policy or enter your address at checkout to calculate international shipping fees and delivery times.

10. Is the balloon garland reusable?

Answer: While the balloons themselves are designed to be disposable, the balloon tape, tying string and balloon pumps can be reused for future projects!

11. Can I use this kit for outdoor events?

Answer: Yes! However, balloons may be affected by wind or extreme temperatures. If your event is outdoors, we recommend assembling your garland as close to the event time as possible and securing it tightly to withstand outdoor conditions.

12. Do you offer assembly services?

Answer: Currently, we only offer DIY kits, but we do provide step-by-step instructions and video tutorials to help guide you through the process. If you prefer professional setup, we can refer you to local event planners and decorators who offer balloon garland installation services.

13. Can I return or exchange the DIY Balloon Garland Kit?

Answer: Due to the nature of the product (balloons and custom kits), we do not accept returns, please refer to our terms and conditions. However, if there’s an issue with your kit (e.g., missing items), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

14. How do I care for my balloon garland after setup?

Answer: To keep your balloon garland looking great:

  • Keep it away from sharp objects or rough surfaces.

  • Avoid exposure to heat or direct sunlight for extended periods.

  • For maximum longevity, avoid placing it in areas where it may get wet or be subject to extreme conditions.

15. How soon can I expect my kit to arrive?

16. Are your kits eco-friendly?

Answer: Yes, we strive to offer eco-conscious options! Our balloons are made from high-quality natural latex. We also offer eco-friendly and biodegradable packaging to reduce waste.

 

17. How do I inflate my balloons?

Answer: You can inflate your balloons using a hand pump, electric balloon pump, or simply by mouth. For larger events, we recommend an electric pump to save time and effort. Please refer to the instruction manual for balloon inflation tips.
